The house itself has 3 bedrooms with spacious ensuite bathrooms, a very large living room with high ceilings and an open fireplace and an integrated open kitchen/dining area as well as a guest toilet.
The main terrace, which is very spacious for this area, is partially covered with a typical Mallorcan porch, providing shade and protection from the rain, with an outdoor fireplace. Another terrace has a Mallorcan BBQ.
The house has wonderful sea views, evening sun (most houses in Deia are in the shade from the afternoon onwards) and sunsets in the sea, a beautiful garden of approx. 2000 m² with old trees.
